Discount Department Store
These are department stores that offer low prices and a wide assortment of merchandise with low profit margins, which in turn generate sales volume. They provide limited services—the result being the ability to keep prices down. These stores are also known as big box stores and include Target, Wal-Mart, and Kmart.
